Brand new hotel with very nice facilities, great restaurants, and exquisite service. Wonderful amenities, clean and safe. Convenient location near the airport, MTR, and Disneyland Resort. Comfy beds, clean and quiet rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle service available. 5-star pool and health club.

the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a coffee station and a fantastic garden area view. the infinity pool was outstanding and had sun loungers and also you could appreciate views from the pool. the room service experience was luxurious and provided an amazing in-room breakfast with an extensive menu.
The only minor issue was that the location was remote from the city center. Although the hotel has location advantages such as being close to the airport and Disneyland, it is not convenient if you do not have a car.

Located just a short distance from Cheung Sha beach, this hotel offers a great opportunity to soak up some sun and enjoy the ocean breeze. With its close proximity to the airport and shopping center, it's a convenient choice for travelers. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is excellent. The breakfast buffet provides a wide range of delicious options. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful view of the ocean from their rooms.
The hotel's communication system needs improvement, as it takes a while for the front desk to answer calls and fulfill requests.

My recent stay at Sheraton was good. the staff made me feel welcome and attended to all my needs. The hotel is brand new and the facilities are really good. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fine waterfront view. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, and the workout center and outdoor pool were great. I also appreciated the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, even upgrading my room to an ocean view for my birthday. The location is great, close to Tung Chung Station and attractions like Disneyland and Cheung Sha Beach. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and health club, were great. The breakfast buffet was the best, with a wide selection and plenty of space.
